Nature Protection Nepal
Nature Protection Nepal is a non-for-profit, non-governmental social organization. Its primary aim is to protect the nature and to advocate environment sustainability, disaster risk reduction. Because of the rapid increase of industrialization and urbanization, green house effect and climate change the gases of the earth has been affecting. Drought, flood and irregular rainfall has been increasing the destruction incident. Access to safe drinking water is also a big challenge in this regard. That’s why to fight against all these problems and to contribute in environmental sustainability and environmental protection we have started “Nature Protection Nepal” to unite in one for nature conservation.
We are taking small steps to make earth better planet
Community Managed Nature Protection program provides a methodology and technical training to communities facing disasters and poverty reduction.
Our Work Area
The methodology focuses on community-led assessment of the hazards facing them, identification, ranking, response planning, and then follow-up.
